I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were probably better than the room we had, although they were infested with mosquitoes. The service was wonderful, especially the young concierge/reception guy who was incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything. The location was great, right on the beach where you can enjoy various water activities, but the declines in business and unlabeled hotel property were noticeable. The dining was satisfactory, with a delicious breakfast but minor issues in the dinner restaurant. However, the overall experience was affected by small details like the small count TV programs and malfunctioning programs.
The hotel's rooms were super nice and clean, although a walk-in shower would have been a better choice than the whirlpool bath. Overall, the room was spacious with an incredible view, making it a great 5-star experience.
